Ne pas effectuer les formalités ou passer la nuit dans le Marine Park est passible d’une amende de EC$ 5000 (US$ 1850 - €1350) et/ou de six mois de prison. Dans le Marine Park, le mouillage est limité aux bouées mises à la disposition des plaisanciers. Ancrer dans le corail est interdit. Tarifs du permis de croisière 1 DAY / 1 JOUR TONNAGE FEE Up to 5 tons $EC 110 (US$ 41 - € 37) 5 to 20 tons $EC 225 (US$ 84 - € 75) Over 20 tons $EC 560 (US$ 208 - € 185) Road Bay is the only port of entry for yachts in Anguilla, and unless only visiting Road Bay, a cruising permit is required, issued by the customs officer. So, if you wish to visit the other anchorages around Anguilla, you definilely need a cruising permit. The permit can be obtained on arrival. It counts as a clearance certificate and with it one does not need to check out with customs in order to leave Anguilla. Not complying with clearance formalities or spending the night anchored in the Marine Park is subject to a fine of EC$ 5000 (US$ 1850 - €1350) and/or six months in prison. In the Marine Park, the anchoring is limited to the mooring buoys. Anchoring in coral is prohibited.
