Saint-Martin Formalités Saint-Martin Clearance on the French side Les formalités d'immigration se font obligatoirement et uniquement au bureau de la Police aux frontières situé dans la gare maritime de Marigot. Ouvert de 7h à 19h tous les jours en saison, de 8h à 12h du lundi au vendredi hors saison (05 90 29 29 33). La formalité de "clearance" n'est pas obligatoire sur le territoire français, mais nécessaire pour naviguer entre les îles. Sept points sont autorisés par les douanes à délivrer ce document : • Gare maritime de Marigot • Capitainerie marina Royale • Capitainerie marina Fort Louis • Island Water World Marigot (à côté Office de tourisme) • Capitainerie marina Anse Marcel • L’Île Marine (chenal de Sandy Ground) • Bureaux Sunsail à Oyster Pond Immigration paperwork is obligatory and can only be handled by the Frontier Police offices at the sea terminal in Marigot. Open 7am to 7pm daily in high season, and 8am-12pm, Monday-Friday, in low season (telephone: 05 90 29 29 33). Port clearance for boats is not obligatory in French territorial waters, but is necessary to navigate between islands.
